K-W Kiwanis Meeting Calendar

The monthly Board meeting of K-W Kiwanis will take place at the Westmount Golf Club. All members and the general public are welcome to attend (but cannot vote). Dinner is available from the club for a fee. Hybrid in-person and online.

Elmira Kiwanis will host their annual maple syrup festival today. The club is looking for volunteers.

The Kiwanis Music Festival will run from April 7-18, 2025. The volunteer schedule includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as greeters, class attendants, or adjudicator assistants. No experience necessary, but all volunteers must attend one training session (Mar. 26 7:30-8:30am or Mar. 30 1:00-2:00 pm). Time Commitment:• Volunteer shifts are 3.5 hours each, Volunteers may sign-up for one or more shifts.
• Typically, the morning shifts run from 8:30am-12:00pm, afternoon shifts run from 1:00pm-4:30pm, and evening shifts run from 6:00pm-9:00pm

The Brantford Kiwanis Club and their Aktion Club have invited Division 5 Kiwanians to a buffet luncheon from 11:45 am - 1:30 pm at the Best Western Hotel 19 Holiday Drive Brantford. The Brantford Aktion Club will make a special presentation. A hot buffet lunch will be served for $18 in advance (by electronic transfer) or $20 cash. Kiwanis Club of Windsor invites Kiwanians to the 2025 Can-Am Goodwill Banquet on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the Hellenic Cultural Centre 3052 Walker Rd. Windsor, Canada from 6-9 pm. Two Keynote Speakers will attend on behalf of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library: Jeanne Smitiuch, Senior Regional Director of the Imagination Library in Canada and Lauren Wirt who oversees growth and support in the U.S. Kiwanis International Vice President Hope Markes will also participate. Today is the last day of the Music Festival in Kitchener-Waterloo.

The Elmira Kiwanis Club is looking for volunteers for their Good Friday FishFry in Lions Hall 4:00-6:30 pm on April 18th. For details contact Tony Dowling: [email protected].  Tickets for the dinner are $25 available from Elmira Stove Works 519-669-1281 or Read’s Decorating Centre 519-669-3658.
